在乡村发展进程中，游戏既能丰富乡村儿童的生活体验，又能促进其全面发展。研究以游戏自由权和游戏社会权为基本向度，综合运用田野调查、步行访谈等多重研究方法，描绘了“苦中作乐”“忙里偷闲”“劳逸区隔”“传统式微”四个时期的乡村儿童游戏权的生动图景。乡村儿童游戏权的演变脉络揭示了其发展困境，即成人观念禁锢是首要难点，法律落地难题是重要堵点，经济结构制约是深层盲点。基于此，研究重构了形塑舆论场域、消除政策壁垒、破除经济桎梏等路径。
Abstract：In the process of rural development, for rural children, play serves as a social phenomenon that enriches their life experiences and as a pathway for growth that promotes their comprehensive development. This study is grounded in the dimensions of the freedom to play and the social right to play as its foundation and employs a combination of research methods including fieldwork, semi-structured interviews, and walking interviews, to paint a vivid picture of rural children ' s right to play across four distinct periods: “finding joy in hardship”, “stealing leisure amidst busyness”, “separation of work and leisure”, and “the decline of tradition”. The evolutionary trajectory of rural children ' s play rights reveals a developmental dilemma characterized by three critical constraints: entrenched adult-centric perceptions pose the primary obstacle, legal implementation gaps constitute a critical bottleneck, and limitations imposed by the economic structure represent the underlying blind spot. In response to these findings, this study reconstructs intervention pathways through shaping public discourse on the value of play, eliminating policy implementation barriers, and dismantling economic constraints.
