成人初显期是由美国心理学家阿柰特教授提出的是关于18岁至20多岁时期的一个发展概念,主要关注的是年龄为18-25岁的人。成人初显期的核心任务是探索恋爱、职业与世界观的各种可能性。本文就成人初显期提出的理论与文化背景、五个基本特征、独特性、形成原因及跨文化的研究展望进行简明的评介。
