新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,青少年网络亚文化新现象不断涌现,如饭圈撕战、凡尔赛现象、陪伴经济、有尊严的摸鱼、黑界、祖安文化等。这些亚文化现象所折射出来的青少年心态主要有:青少年网络社区的去个体化与群体主义心态;情感的单极化与追求自我满足心理;流量明星崇拜与粉丝心态;心灵无处安放与自我寻找假想敌;内心孤独焦虑,对生活感到迷茫和困惑。针对当前青少年网络文化新现象中出现的问题,主要的应对策略有:坚持社会主义核心价值的引领作用,防范西方文化及其价值观渗透;弱化流量明星效应,规范演艺影视、娱乐游戏市场;强化心灵关爱、理解和教育引导,助力青少年身心健康成长;强化责任担当意识,促进青少年用心学习、享受工作乐趣;加强网络空间综合治理,营造清朗的青少年网络文化环境;供给优质网络文化产品和服务,对冲不良青少年网络亚文化的负面影响。

In recent years,especially since the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,new phenomena of youth online subculture have continued to emerge,such as the torment of the rice circle,the phenomenon of versailles,the accompanying economy,dignified fishing,the black world,and the Zuan culture.The mentality of youth groups reflected by these youth online subcultural phenomena mainly include:de-individualization and groupism mentality of youth online communities;emotional unipolarity and self-satisfaction mentality;traffic star worship and naive fan mentality;nowhere in the soul placement and self-seeking of imaginary enemies;loneliness and anxiety inside,feeling lost and confused about life.In response to the problems arising from the new phenomenon of youth online culture,the main countermeasures are:adhere to the guidance of socialist core values,prevent the penetration of western culture and its values;weaken the effect of entertainment stars,standardize the performance of film,entertainment and game markets;strengthen spiritual care,understanding and education guidance to help young people grow up physically and mentally;strengthen the sense of responsibility and promote young people to study hard and work happily;strengthen the comprehensive management of network community space to create a clear youth network culture environment;provide high-quality network cultural products and services to hedge against the bad influence of youth online culture.
