近年来,学者从志愿动机角度探究了影响志愿行为可持续性的因素,从物质和精神两方面构建了大学生志愿者的激励机制,但所取得的效果并不理想。运用经典扎根理论,针对大学生志愿者志愿动机、志愿行为以及志愿服务结束后的后续行为的访谈发现,志愿动机不一定产生志愿行为,志愿者的内心定额、志愿经历储备对于志愿行为的反向作用。
Abstract：Scholars have been investigating the antecedents to the sustainability of volunteerism from the perspective of volunteer motivation.Despite the attempts to construct the motivation mechanism for college student volunteers from the aspects of material and psychological motivation,the effect of such endeavor is far from being ideal.Adopting a classical grounded theory approach,we conducted semi-structured interviews with 41 college students from 15 universities.Through the investigation on volunteer motivation,volunteer behavior,and post volunteer behavior of college students,we found:(1) the egoistic motivation of image management;(2) volunteer motivation will not necessarily result in volunteer behavior;(3) psychological quota of volunteers;and (4) reverse-effect of volunteer experience deposit on volunteer behavior.We recommend managers to:(1) use affective motivation to inspire sense of duty in volunteers;and (2) conduct factual marketing.
